The "Must HAVE" Tools You Need To Create a Calmer Morning Routine

If you are an ADHD parent who struggles to get your child out of the house on time in the mornings, yelling at your child is not the answer!

Most families that I work with over the last 10 years of being an ADHD parent coach find themselves resorting to yelling and shouting in the morning to get their child to listen. As a result, they start the day miserably, feel guilty about getting mad at their child and dread every morning knowing it will end up with yelling.

With 10 years experience, I’m here to tell you there is a better way. In fact when you understand what’s actually going on in your child’s ADHD brain, you can start the day without yelling and getting frustrated. So instead getting mad, there are specific strategies that will allow you to have a calmer morning routine and get out the door without fighting so that you can start the day without the frustration and the guilt that goes with it.

I've created a list of the top strategies that can help you have a calmer morning.

  • Knowledge about why you child finds morning routines so challenging.
  • Getting your child to do what they need to do.
  • This strategy is so simple that you can start TOMORROW morning.

Why listen to me?

Hi, I'm Susan

As a mum of a child with ADHD (now a young adult), I'm just 10 years ahead of where you are now.  I understand the feeling of utter frustration when every morning is such a battle to get to school on time.

I went back to University and did a Master of Education by research where I studied ADHD, parenting and coaching.  I have combined these three parts to develop unique solutions which WORK. I will give you new skills to parent your child with ADHD.

I work with parents like you to unlock the keys to success for supporting your child and their ADHD brain.  I know that with the right knowledge and strategies, you can become the parent you wish to be.
